Visa application for Foreigners who combine themselves with a husband or wife who is an Indonesian citizen, have a legitimate child from marriage with foreign and indonesian.

For foreigners joining an Indonesian spouse

1. application letter from the husband or wife of an Indonesian citizen
2. copy of valid national passport valid for 18 months
3. photocopy of marriage certificate
4. proof of living expenses for himself and/or his family while in the Territory of Indonesia at least US$ 1500
5. Color photograph with a size of 4 cm x 6 cm (four centimeters by six centimeters) with a white background of 2 (two) piece

Foreigners who combine themselves with a husband or wife who holds a limited Stay Permit or Permanent Residence Permit

1. guarantee letter from the Guarantor
2. photocopy of valid National Passport and valid for at least 18 (eighteen) months for Foreigners who follow the husband or wife of the holder of a limited Stay Permit or Permanent Residence Permit for less than 1 (one) year
3. photocopy of marriage certificate
4. photocopy of limited stay permit or permanent residence permit or valid and valid residence visa approval letter
5. proof of living expenses for himself and/or his family while in the Territory of Indonesia at least US$ 1500
6. Color photograph with a size of 4 cm x 6 cm (four centimeters by six centimeters) with a white background of 2 (two) piece

child of a legal marriage between a Foreigner and an Indonesian citizen

1. guarantee letter from the Guarantor
2. application letter from the father or mother of an Indonesian citizen
3. photocopy of valid national passport and valid for at least 18 (eighteen) months
4. photocopy of birth certificate
5. photocopy of marriage certificate or marriage certificate of parents
6. copy of valid Indonesian citizen id card
7. copy of indonesian citizen’s family card
8. proof of reporting of parental marriage, for those who perform marriages outside the Territory of Indonesia
9. proof of living expenses for himself and/or his family while in the Territory of Indonesia at least US$ 1500
10. Color photograph with a size of 4 cm x 6 cm (four centimeters by six centimeters) with a white background of 2 (two) piece

Children who are not yet 18 (eighteen) years old and unmarried, from Foreigners who are legally married to Indonesian citizens

1. guarantee letter from the Guarantor
2. photocopy of valid national passport and valid for at least 30 months
3. photocopy of birth certificate
4. photocopy of marriage certificate or marriage certificate of parents
5. copy of a valid residence permit or a valid parent’s permanent residence card
6. proof of living expenses for himself and/or his family while in the Territory of Indonesia at least US$ 1500
